Bioinformatics, machine learning, optimization, pattern recognition, statistical analysis, mathematical formulation, algorithms, image processing, information theory and computer programming.

Minor interests: computer architecture, electronics and embedded systems.

Main Awards:

1) Full PhD scholarship from April 2013 to September 2014, at Brunel University under the project (Ref. NIHR-RP-PG-0310-1004-AN) which is supported by the UK National Institute for Health Research (NIHR).
